Does carsponsors.com actually work? - getting sponsors for a car show

Carsponsors.com page seems to be a hoax. I think I could get a sponsor of the site (because I do not drive a show car), but that is the real deal? The website provides a number of credit card, and I do not think it necessary. But what is really the authors of the site? I want to know get in other ways for sponsors, without or circuit performance.
