Bells Palsy Question? - bells palsy and arm

3 weeks ago I was sick about. Then last Thursday, was given (5 / 21) of the hepatitis vaccine in the left arm. 2 hours after administration of the vaccine was the left side of my face numb, gone like a shot of novocaine 80%. I went to the doctor on Friday morning, as he yesterday afternoon and confirmed that it was sd Bell's palsy can cause illness in 3 weeks, where ?.... With the madness of all the worries and I 4got about hepatitis. My question is whether a vaccine that will receive the right arm and a Bell's palsy on the left side of the face, and that we, ironically, with Bell's palsy 2 hours after the injection?? Thank you!
